Shipping Rates & Costs: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over £200. For orders under £200, a flat rate of £9.99 applies. There are no hidden fees or additional taxes at checkout.
Processing Details: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Delivery Details: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for cases of buyer's remorse. We cover return shipping for defective items.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
