Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at surmall.shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy applies to domestic orders within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard transit times are as follows:

• Free Standard Shipping (All Orders): Transit time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). The shipping cost is completely Free regardless of order value.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

surmall.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for domestic UK orders, all taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

6. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
